Q: Where can I order replacement parts for my product?

Q: Are the instructions or recipies for the BBCC-V20 Bread maker available in other languages?
A: The instructions are only available in English.

Q: Can I use all-purpose flour?
A: Most recepies require bread flour because of its higher gluten content, which improves the rising.

Q: Why aren't the kneading blades fitting firmly in the baking pan?
A: The blades are not designed to fit firmly. It is normal for the blades to have a play of about 1 to 2 inches.

Q: Why does my bread stick in my pan?
A: The kneading blades have to be released from the bread. Allow the bread to cool at least 15 mins. When cool, twist the two wing nuts (in both directions) that are under the pan to release the keanding blades.

Q: In recipies, where it calls for eggs, what does 1 pc mean?
A: It means pieces, so 1 pc = 1 egg
